# Fairlaunch - Pinksale

* Fair launches provide a transparent and decentralized process for distributing tokens, ensuring equal access for all market participants. This eliminates any privilege given to certain investors, as there are no private presales or pre-mining activities. In addition to this, in today's market, there are additional safeguards that help to protect investors, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, audits, and SAFU (Secure Asset Fund for Users) mechanisms.

**It's important** to note that we have taken these additional safeguards into consideration, and have undergone an analysis to ensure that our token sale meets all necessary requirements. This includes using a reputable platform like Pinksale for our sale, which provides additional security and transparency for investors. By utilizing these measures, we can provide a fair and secure token launch for all investors.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://x-chain-1.gitbook.io/x-chain/token-x-chain/fairlaunch-pinksale.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
